MissMe NYC

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
MissMe NYC is a student-run clothing brand that began in March, 2023. After the success of their first drop, MissMe came to MZM looking for marketing help with the release of their 2023 Summer collection.

We started out by developing a marketing plan that centered around a 10 day campaign, run primarily on social media. These social media ads would redirect into a customized landing page developed by MZM, with a countdown timer until the drop and a newsletter signup. Consumers were then taken through an email nurture, which sent
1-2 emails daily, with things like product specifications, drop reminders, and outfit ideas.

Falafel Taco

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Falafel Taco is a Mexican-Israeli fusion cuisine restaurant. At the time, they had a well-established location in Pleasantville, NY, but opened a Greenwich location that struggled to turn sales. 

Working with Falafel Taco, we aimed to position them as a fun, friendly restaurant as opposed to the expensive and luxurious restaurants common in Greenwich. We first redesigned their website to reflect these values, adding engaging photos shot by Rocky, real customer testimonials, interactive galleries, social links, and an interactive online menu. Then, using social media, email, SMS, and direct mail, we created a multitude of campaigns, including a coupon campaign, summer campaign, National Falafel Day campaign, and Kosher campaign. 

Currently, we are still partnered with Falafel Taco, and have achieved a
4x ROAS, 200% increase in social media followers, and 15% increase in web traffic.

Class '25 at GHS

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
During this project, we helped out the Class of 2025 at Greenwich High School with promoting fundraisers and events ran by their Student Government. This partnership lasted the entire school year. 

We started out in November with a campaign marketing their Krispy Kreme Fundraiser, where we used a combination of email announcements, flyers, and frequent social media posts. Then, throughout the year, we created social media posts raising awareness for upcoming volunteer events. Lastly, in May, we created another campaign announcing a school Futsal Tournament.

In total, these events were big successes: raising more than $2000 and gaining 1k+ impressions on social media.

Baldiviezo's Babysitters

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Baldiviezo's Babysitters is a babysitting and child care agency owned and operated by Greenwich High School students. With over 10 babysitters, this student-run organization served the local community with quick, affordable, and flexible childcare.

We began working with Baldiviezo's Babysitters in the summer of 2023. Through close collaboration with the agency's director, we helped ideate, design, and launch the Baldiviezo's Babysitter brand. With
 careful consideration of internal and external business factors, we crafted a logo, color palette, and styleguide that reflected their focus on high quality babysitting services. 

After the growth of their agency throughout the summer, we realized that a website was needed to help attract new potential clients and hire new babysitters. So, MZM wireframed and designed their first ever website, with integrated scheduling systems to manage new clients and application forms for prospective sitters.

Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens is a nonprofit plant and horticulture center in Stamford, CT focusing on cultivating native plant species and educating locals about the biodiversity of the CT region.

The Arboretum has 20 different garden collections, each with their own theme and special type of plant. Working with the Arboretum, we helped them develop individual, documentary style
videos highlighting each of the collections and what they have to offer. 

Additionally, the Arboretum hosts an annual Honey Harvest Festival, where local vendors participate to help build appreciation and awareness about our pollinators. MZM helped develop a comprehensive marketing plan, including customer personas, situational analysis, content calendar, and brand positioning to help maximize attendance and make the event stand out from competing fall festivals.

The SAT Crash Course

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The SAT Crash Course is an SAT tutoring service that uses Intelligent Tutoring Systems (artificial intelligence) to provide personalized study plans, courses taught by real teachers, and practice tests. These data-driven courses are both affordable and efficient.

 

The SAT Crash Course had an attractive product, AI-driven practice tests, but lacked awareness. We aimed to solve this problem by positioning them as a cheaper and less time-consuming option to traditional SAT study courses. We utilized content creation, innovating both short- and long-form video ideas for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to expand the perception of their product. By ensuring that the content of these videos reflected The SAT Crash Course’s unique aspects and were also entertaining, we were able to more than double their views and followers across all social media platforms. 

 

Furthermore, MZM used search engine optimization to improve their Google search result position from eighth to first. Our SEOs also directed searchers to more relevant website pages rather than being brought to the main page of the website.

Signature Style

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
 

Signature Style is a small retail store in the middle of the town center in Wilton, CT. They specialize in personalized gifts, including embroidery, engraving, heat press, and vinyl, and often partner with the community to personalize merchandise for organizations, local clubs, sports teams and events. 

 

Signature Style sells a variety of product categories, filled with items that make for perfect gifts, home decor, and family staples. MZM developed a website with an eCommerce store to increase product sales and ease of purchase for the customer. With 3000+ new items added to their online store, we massively expanded the options that customers can browse and purchase from online. 

 

Additionally, we advised Signature Style with their selection of POS and product management software. After extensive research on the benefits and fallbacks of two competing software, as well as a detailed cost-benefit analysis, we were able to recommend the most optimal software for them.
